Joe Anderson has over 20 years of experience in pulmonary physiology and breath research science.  He is the owner of Anderson Bioscience and is an affiliate faculty member in the Department of Bioengineering at the University of Washington, where he obtained his Ph.D in chemical engineering.  He has published over 40 peer-reviewed publications. 

He is currently working with a company called LEVL to understand ketosis in health and disease and how measurement of breath acetone can help individuals better manage their health and wellness.

The keto diet is allll the rage right now for good reason. I actually cycle in and out of it regularly because it makes me feel awesome!
